Credit can be transferred from one Delight Mobile sim to another using the web login of the donor account. Until the 1st December 2017, it then merged with Vectone Mobile. A mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) is a wireless communications services provider that does not own the wireless network infrastructure over which it provides services to its customers.
