Deepak Punia (cricketer)
Deepak Punia (born 27 September 1993) is an Indian first-class cricketer who plays for Delhi. He has also played for Haryana, Saurashtra and Services. In 2016, he was bought by the Mumbai Indians for the 2016 Indian Premier League. In October 2017, an arrest warrant was issued for Punia by the Indian Navy, after he was reported to be playing for Haryana in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy The 2017–18 Ranji Trophy was the 84th season of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first-class cricket tournament that took place in India between October 2017 and January 2018. Bhiwani
Bhiwani is a city and a municipal council in Bhiwani district in the state of Haryana, Bhiwani was also known as "Gate of Rajputana". Besides being a seat of spiritual learning, the city is at the centre of regional politics and hometown of three former Haryana chief ministers: Bansi Lal, Banarsi Das Gupta and Hukum Singh. It is located 128 km west of national capital New Delhi. The 2017–18 Ranji Trophy was the 84th season of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first-class cricket tournament that took place in India between October 2017 and January 2018. Vidarbha won the tournament, beating Delhi by 9 wickets in the final, to win their first Ranji Trophy title. Vidarbha made their Ranji Trophy debut in the 1957–58 season, making it the third-longest wait before a team won their maiden title.
