Dear J (song)
"Dear J" is the debut solo single released by former AKB48 member Tomomi Itano. It was released in four versions: three regular CD+DVD editions and a limited theater CD-only edition. First pressings of the regular editions came with a photo and an application card for tickets to a debut commemoration event, while all theater editions came with a handshake event ticket and a photo. The title track was used as a Samantha Thavasa TV commercial song. The second track of the theater edition, "Tsundere!", is from Team A's 5th stage. The original was sung by Itano, Rie Kitahara, and Amina Sato, while the "Dear J" version was sung by Itano and the members of the AKB48 unit Natto Angels Z. Itano was a member of its original unit, Natto Angels. The single reached number 2 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 24 weeks. Tomomi Itano
is a Japanese recording artist, songwriter, dancer, model, and actress. She is a former member of the Japanese idol girl group AKB48. She was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. In 2011 she debuted solo with a single titled " Dear J", which was followed the same year by "Fui ni" (number 1 in Japan), and later by " 10nen Go no Kimi e" (2012) and " 1%" (2013). Life and career 2005–2013: Early career beginnings and AKB48 In 2005, Itano joined the Japanese idol girl group AKB48 as part of the first team, Team A. Rie Kitahara
is a Japanese singer and actress formerly associated with the Japanese idol girl group NGT48 and former member of AKB48 and SKE48. She debuted in 2008 in Team A and was later co-captain of Team K (2014). In March 2015, it was announced Kitahara would be transferred to NGT48 as captain of the group. She has sung on many of the groups' main singles, having been voted number 13, 16, 13, 13, 21, 19, 11 and 12 in AKB48's General Elections. In 2017, for her final participation, she was voted number 10 which is her best rank ever. Since 2011, Kitahara is also a member of the AKB48 subgroup Not Yet. Miho Miyazaki
is a Japanese singer, actress and former member of the idol girl group AKB48 where she was active in Team A. She also participated in the Korean-Japanese show Produce 48. Biography In 2007, Miyazaki passed an audition for AKB48 and became a kenkyūsei (trainee) for the group's 5th generation. On July 13, 2008, she was promoted to Team A along with four other girls.
