De Familie Knots
De Familie Knots (free translation ''The Nuts Family''; Knots being a Dutch expression for crazy) was a Dutch children's television series, broadcast between 22 October 1980 and 27 February 1984 by the NCRV. Concept The TV series is set in a comics store, owned by the eccentric Knots-family. The family members are all played by only three actors. Cast * Hetty Heyting - Tante Til, Oma Knots and Hansje. * Marnix Kappers - Neef Herbert, the Doctor, the PTT man, Vader Vogel, Buurvrouw Pronk and the voice-over. * Jan-Simon Minkema - Opa Knots, Arend Vogel and Onkel X. Lambiek
Galerie Lambiek is a Dutch comic book store and art gallery in Amsterdam, founded on November 8, 1968 by Kees Kousemaker (, – Bussum, ), though since 2007, his son Boris Kousemaker is the current owner. From 1968 to 2015, it was located in the Kerkstraat, but in November 2015, the store moved to the Koningsstraat 27. As of 2018, Lambiek is the oldest comics store in Europe, and the oldest worldwide still in existence. The name "Lambiek" originated as a misspelling of the name of the comics character Lambik, from the popular Suske & Wiske comic book series created by Belgian artist Willy Vandersteen. The logo of the shop is an image from the ''Suske en Wiske'' album ''Prinses Zagemeel'' (''Princess Sawdust''). Sinterklaas () or Sint-Nicolaas () is a legendary figure based on Saint Nicholas, patron saint of children. Other Dutch names for the figure include ''De Sint'' ("The Saint"), ''De Goede Sint'' ("The Good Saint") and ''De Goedheiligman'' ("The Good Holy Man"). Eric Van Tijn
Eric Job van Tijn (born 2 November 1956, in Amsterdam) is a Dutch music producer and judge on the Dutch versions of the music competitions '' Idols'' and ''X Factor''. He comes from a musical family. His parents Eli and Lena van Tijn founded ''Artisound'' the year he was born and he grew up around the studio. In his youth, and during school years, he played in various bands. He also studied composition, arrangement and playing the piano in the conservatory. His initial musical work was producing Patricia Paay. Soon after, he arranged and produced for the Dutch television show '' De Familie Knots'', which resulted in an album also produced by him. It was also the beginning of a long-running cooperation with Jochem Fluitsma.
