Dayman Island
Dayman Island is a privately owned island located off the coast of British Columbia, Canada, beside Thetis Island and Hudson Island. It is about in size, and has a year-round main residence and a caretaker's residence. Likely named after Dayman, an officer aboard HMS ''Thetis'', 36-guns, on this station 1851–1853, under the command of Captain Augustus Leopold Kuper, CB. As Kuper Island was named in 1858 by Captain Richards Sir George Henry Richards (13 January 1820 –14 November 1896) was Hydrographer of the Royal Navy from 1863 to 1874. Exploration and naming The name Tapsell, applied by New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee (NZ-APC) in 1969, is the surname of the Master of the barque ''Brisk'', one of the whaling vessels based on Enderby Settlement at Port Ross, Auckland Islands, 1849–52. In an exploratory voyage in February 1850, Tapsell sailed south to the Balleny Islands and then west along the parallel of 67°S as far as 143°E. No land was sighted. The Nightman Cometh
"The Nightman Cometh" is the thirteenth and final episode of ''It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia''’s fourth season. The episode features a rock opera based on songs written by Charlie Kelly. The episode was later adapted into a short-lived stage musical in 2009. Plot With a spring in his step, Charlie notifies the gang that he's written a musical. Dennis and Mac quiz Charlie over his motivations, but the gang want to play the parts that Charlie has written for them purely out of their own vanity. Since he is functionally illiterate, Charlie enlists the help of Dee's friend Artemis to transcribe the script into something legible. The gang squabble over which parts to play. ''Nyctimystes daymani'', also known as the Dayman big-eyed treefrog, is a species of frog in the subfamily Pelodryadinae. It is endemic to Papua New Guinea and known from its type locality, Mount Dayman in the Milne Bay Province, easternmost mainland New Guinea. Records from further west are uncertain. Description Male ''Nyctimystes daymani'' grow to a snout–vent length of at least . The snout is relatively long and narrow. The palpebral reticulum has very distinct, near-vertical veins. The tympanum is small but distinct and the supratympanic fold is strongly developed. The canthus rostralis is distinct. The outer fingers are about half-webbed, whereas the outermost toe is webbed to the base of the disc. The legs are comparatively short. Colouration is variable. Preserved specimens may be dorsally dark brown, with pale brown patches spotted with dark brown; some specimens are gray-brown and virtually patternless, while others are brown with white spots.
