Davide Merola
Davide Merola (born 27 March 2000) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a forward or a winger for club Pescara, on loan from Empoli. Club career He began playing football in 2005, at the age of five, for Juve Sammaritana. Later he managed to get noticed with Capua by various observers from all over Italy. After having done several auditions, 2014 is bought by Inter. On 2 July 2017 he signed a youth registration contract to stay at Inter Milan until 2020. He debuted with Primavera on 10 September 2017 in a Campionato Primavera 1 against Udinese and marked the occasion by scoring a goal. With the Inter Milan youth sector he was twice the top scorer and also won the Supercoppa Primavera, Primavera Championship and Torneo Viareggio. On 11 March 2019, he was summoned to play in the first team and debuted three days later, on the occasion of the UEFA Europa League, against Eintracht Frankfurt. Santa Maria Capua Vetere ( nap, Santa Maria 'e Capua) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Caserta, part of the region of Campania (southern Italy). The under-19 team plays in the Campionato Primavera 1. They have been Italian champions ten times and Coppa Italia Primavera winners five times. The 2019–20 Serie B (known as Serie BKT for sponsorship reasons) was the 88th season since its establishment in 1929. The 20-team format returned after 16 years, the last time being in the 2002–03 season. The season was scheduled to run from 23 August 2019 to 14 May 2020, though on 9 March 2020, the Italian government halted the league until 3 April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Italy. The 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship (also known as UEFA Under-17 Euro 2017) was the 16th edition of the UEFA European Under-17 Championship (35th edition if the Under-16 era is also included), the annual international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the men's under-17 national teams of Europe.
