David Rysdahl
David Rysdahl is an American actor. He is best known for starring in the fantasy drama film '' Nine Days'' (2020), the thriller film ''No Exit'' (2022) and the biographical thriller film ''Oppenheimer'' (2023). Early life and career Rysdahl was born to Gigi and Dr. Scott Rysdahl. He has two brothers and a sister. He grew up in New Ulm, Minnesota, where he attended Cathedral High School. After briefly working in public health in Guatemala, he became more interested in acting as a career. He was cast in a stage production of Hamlet at the Great River Shakespeare Festival in Winona, Minnesota. After moving to New York, Rysdahl starred in short films. In 2018, he starred in Cathy Yan’s comedy-drama ''Dead Pigs''. In 2020, he appeared in the fantasy drama film '' Nine Days'', and in 2022, he starred in the thriller ''No Exit''. Nine Days (film)
''Nine Days'' is a 2020 American fantasy drama film written and directed by Edson Oda in his feature debut. It stars an ensemble cast consisting of Winston Duke, Zazie Beetz, Benedict Wong, Tony Hale, Bill Skarsgård, David Rysdahl and Arianna Ortiz. In the film, Will (Duke) is a reclusive man residing in a house in the pre-existence with his assistant Kyo (Wong). His job is to interview souls hoping to be born and to observe how the souls he has selected are living on Earth. When one of his previous selections suddenly dies, Will becomes dispirited and confused with the true meaning of life as a new batch of souls arrives to be interviewed. Mazey Day (Black Mirror)
"Mazey Day" is the fourth episode of the sixth series of the anthology series ''Black Mirror''. It was written by series creator Charlie Brooker and directed by Uta Briesewitz. Alongside the rest of the sixth series, it premiered on Netflix on 15 June 2023. It tells the story of Bo (Zazie Beetz), a paparazza, and Mazey Day (Clara Rugaard), an actress hiding from the media after a car accident. At 40 minutes, it is the shortest ''Black Mirror'' episode. With its title character's transformation into a werewolf, it is the first supernatural horror episode in the show. Brooker wrote it after the sixth series episode "Demon 79", another horror story, and aimed to broaden the scope of the programme. Filming took place in June 2022 in Spain.
