David Manoyan
David Manoyan ( hy, Դավիթ Մանոյան, born on 5 July 1990) is an Armenian professional football player who plays as a midfielder, for FC Van and the Armenia national football team. Early life David Manoyan was born on 5 July 1990 in Yerevan, Armenian SSR. Manoyan spent some time swimming before he started playing football. He has a little brother, Vahagn Manoyan, who also plays football. Club career Manoyan was part of the FC Pyunik youth system. In 2007, he signed a contract with the club and spent a full season in the First League. He later joined the Pyunik first team in 2008. During his time on Pyunik, Manoyan scored three goals and was part of the team when they won the 2008 Armenian Premier League and 2009 Armenian Premier League, as well as the 2009 Armenian Supercup and 2009 Armenian Cup. Artak Yedigaryan ( hy, Արտակ Եդիգարյան, born on 18 March 1990 in Yerevan) is an Armenian football player who plays as a defender for Alashkert and the Armenia national football team. Club career Artak was born in Yerevan in a family of football players, which naturally affected his future. Also an important factor is that the Yedigaryan lived in a house that is located next to the Republican Stadium. Pyunik Yedigaryan is a graduate from the football school Pyunik Yerevan. Early in his career, he played for the reserves. After spending two seasons there, he was transferred to the first team. 2010 Armenian Cup
The 2010 Armenian Cup was the 19th season of Armenian knockout football competition. It featured only the 8 Premier League teams. The tournament started on 23 March 2010. Pyunik won their second consecutive cup with a 4–0 victory over Banants in the final. Because Pyunik qualified for the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League as league champions, Banants claimed the cup winner berth in the 2010–11 UEFA Europa League. The 2008 Armenian Premier League season (known as ''STAR National Football League'' due to sponsorship reasons) was the seventeenth since its establishment. It started on 6 April 2008, while the last matches were played on 15 November 2008. FC Pyunik were the defending champions. The Yerevan side won their seventh consecutive league title the previous season, their tenth overall. FC Dinamo Yerevan were supposed to be the team to get promoted, but they withdrew from the Premier League, and were disbanded.
