Das Land Südtirol
The ''Das Land Südtirol'' ( en, The State of South Tyrol) is a monthly German-language publication of the ''Südtiroler Landtag'' (South Tyrolian Landtag) in South Tyrol. The journal is published, with the exception of January and August, ten times a year in the first week of the month. Each edition features a several-pages long summary of the previous sessions of the assembly. Subscription of the publication is free of charge. It is usually a unicameral assembly exercising legislative competence in non-federal matters. The States of Germany and Austria are governed by ''landtage''. The Civic Network of South Tyrol (german: Südtiroler Bürgernetz; it, Rete Civica dell'Alto Adige; lld, Rëi Zivica de Südtirol) is the official site of the South Tyrol, Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol, serving for e-Government and public administration and generally as South Tyrol's web portal. Mass is an intrinsic property of a body. It was traditionally believed to be related to the quantity of matter in a physical body, until the discovery of the atom and particle physics. It was found that different atoms and different elementary particles, theoretically with the same amount of matter, have nonetheless different masses.
