Daria Pavliuchenko
Daria Maksimovna Pavliuchenko (russian: Дарья Максимовна Павлюченко, born 31 December 2002) is a Russian pair skater. With her skating partner, Denis Khodykin, she is the 2020 European bronze medalist, the 2019 Internationaux de France and 2019 Skate America silver medalist, and the 2018 Grand Prix of Helsinki and 2018 Rostelecom Cup bronze medalist. Earlier in their career, they won gold at the 2018 World Junior Championships and bronze at the 2017 Junior Grand Prix Final. Career Early years Pavliuchenko began learning to skate in 2006. She initially trained as a single skater. She left skating for eight months when she was twelve years old, after Eteri Tutberidze suggested that she try pairs, but then decided to try it. Pavliuchenko and Denis Khodykin teamed up in 2016, coached by Sergei Dobroskokov and Sergei Rosliakov in Moscow. 2019 Skate America
The 2019 Skate America presented by American Cruise Lines was the first event in the 2019–20 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. It was held at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 18–20. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Skaters earned points toward qualifying for the 2019–20 Grand Prix Final. Skate America was the first senior international event in International Skating Union history to be streamed live by the ISU on YouTube with geographical restrictions, as part of the federation's new deal for the 2019–20 Grand Prix series to reach countries that do not have broadcasting rights for any skating events. The 2018 Rostelecom Cup was the fifth event of six in the 2018–19 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. Dmitry Vadimovich Rylov (russian: Дмитрий Вадимович Рылов, born 7 September 2001) is a retired Russian pair skater. With partner Apollinariia Panfilova, he is the 2020 World Junior champion, the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics champion, 2019–2020 Junior Grand Prix Final champion, 2019 World Junior silver medalist, the 2017–18 Junior Grand Prix Final silver medalist, and the 2018–19 Junior Grand Prix Final bronze medalist. Dmitry Vladimirovich Sopot, (russian: Дмитрий Владимирович Сопот, born 1 May 1998) is a Russian retired pair skater. With former partner Ekaterina Borisova, he is the 2016 Youth Olympic champion, the 2016 World Junior bronze medalist, and 2015 Junior Grand Prix Final champion.
