Shariff Thabit Ramadhan (born 3 September 1988), better known by his stage name Darassa is a Tanzanian rapper, recognized for his 2016 hit song 'Muziki', featuring Ben Pol. Career Darassa music career started in 2014 when he released the song ‘Sikati Tamaa’. He then took a break from music. He returned in 2016 with a 'Utanipenda ' featuring Rich Mavoko and also released the ‘Muziki’ single featuring Ben Pol, which received massive airplay across East Africa. Once again, Darassa took a hiatus before emerging again in 2018. Benard Michael Paul Mnyang'anga better known by his stage name Ben Pol, is a Tanzanian singer and songwriter from Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Music career His previous release “Ningefanyaje”, featured Kenyan artist Avril and ranked #1 on Soundcity TV, Top 10 East and Africa Rox Countdown. He published ''Sophia'' in 2015. Maya Christinah Xichavo Wegerif (born 9 May 1992), known professionally as Sho Madjozi ( ), is a South African rapper, singer, songwriter, actress and poet. Madjozi incorporates the Tsonga culture through her music and public image. Richard Martin Lusinga (born 26 October 1990), known professionally as Rich Mavoko, is a Tanzanian singer and songwriter. He was initially signed to 'King Kaka Records' in 2016, a record label founded by Kenyan rapper King Kaka, and later to WCB Wasafi. Some of his most widely known songs include 'Kokoro' featuring Diamond Platnumz, 'Rudi' featuring Patoranking, 'Show Me' featuring Harmonize, and 'Bad Boy' featuring A.Y. Dogo Janja
Abdulaziz Abubakar Chande (Dogo Janja), (born September 15 1994), is a Tanzanian singer-songwriter and rapper. He was born in Dar es Salaam and raised in Ngarenaro ward in the city of Arusha located in the Arusha Region. He is currently based in Dar es Salaam. Omary Ally Mwanga (born 31 December 1995), known professionally as Marioo, is a Tanzanian singer, songwriter, poet, and music producer. He was born in Temeke, Dar es Salaam and later on he was moved to Kibiti District to live with his grandmother. Faustina Charles Mfinanga (born November 9, 1992), popularly known by her stage name Nandy is a Tanzanian actress, singer and songwriter of Pare heritage, she was born and raised in the city of Moshi in Kilimanjaro Region.
