Rich Mavoko
Richard Martin Lusinga (born 26 October 1990), known professionally as Rich Mavoko, is a Tanzanian singer and songwriter. He was initially signed to 'King Kaka Records' in 2016, a record label founded by Kenyan rapper King Kaka, and later to WCB Wasafi. Some of his most widely known songs include 'Kokoro' featuring Diamond Platnumz, 'Rudi' featuring Patoranking, 'Show Me' featuring Harmonize, and 'Bad Boy' featuring A.Y. In 2020 he released his first E.P, 'MiniTape' as an independent artist. Mesen (; french: Messines, , historically used in English) is a city and municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. On January 1, 2006, Mesen had a total population of 988. Harmonize (musician)
Rajab Abdul Kahali (born 15 March 1990), also known by his stage name Harmonize, is a Tanzanian Bongo Flava artist and music entrepreneur born in Mtwara Region. Since 2009 after completing his secondary school education, Harmonize is living in Dar es Salaam. Sometimes, he is referred to as Konde Boy referring to his Makonde heritage. Other names he goes by include Jeshi, Tembo, Mbunge, Konde-Mabeyo and Bakhresa. "Aiyola" is his debut song which introduced him to Tanzanian music industry in 2015. He is well known for his songs "Kwa Ngwaru", featuring Diamond Platnumz, and "Show Me" featuring Rich Mavoko. In 2017, MTV Base included him in their African edition of "Ones to Watch for 2017". Bongo Flava (or Bongoflava) is a nickname for Tanzanian music. The genre developed in the 1990s, mainly as a derivative of American hip hop and traditional Tanzanian styles such as taarab and dansi, with additional influences from reggae, R&B, and afrobeats, to form a unique style of music.Mueller, Gavin.
