Dany Saadia is a Mexican filmmaker, screenwriter, podcaster and entrepreneur who won the 2008 Best Director Malaga Festival award as well as the Best Feature Film award at the Mostra de València (Spain). he is the CEO of Dixo, the first and most relevant podcasting production company in Mexico. Cocteau Twins was a Scottish rock band active from 1979 to 1997. Aniboom
Aniboom was an online animation studio which distributed independent animated short films and occasionally co-produced them. It was founded in 2006 by former Israeli television executive Uri Shinar. Within three years, over 13,000 clips were released through the studio, at which point ''The New York Times'' described Aniboom's business structure as perhaps the largest example of crowdsourcing in the entertainment industry. The studio's website went live in late September, 2006. Its official launch was not announced however, until November 24 of that year. The launch was accompanied by a contest, running through January 30 of the following year, in which the creators of the website's most highly rated films up to that point received monetary prizes. Robert Koehler
Robert Koehler (November 28, 1850 – April 23, 1917) was a German-born painter and art teacher who spent most of his career in the United States. Biography Koehler was born in Hamburg; his family spelled their name Köhler until they moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1854. There he attended the historic German-English Academy. He graduated from the academy in 1865, but continued his lessons with the school's drawing master, Henry Vianden, who had graduated from Munich's Royal Academy of Fine Arts. He apprenticed himself to a lithography firm. In 1871, he went to New York City for eye surgery, and stayed to work as a lithographer. After studying drawing in the night classes of the National Academy of Design, Koehler went to Munich to study fine art at the Royal Academy in 1873, studying with Karl von Piloty and Ludwig Thiersch. The Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF) is an eleven-day film festival held in Santa Barbara, California since 1986. The festival boasts screenings of over 200 feature films and shorts from different countries and regions. SBIFF also includes celebrity tributes, industry panels and education programs. History Over the years, SBIFF has invited numerous potential award-winning celebrities, including Cate Blanchett, Guillermo Del Toro, Laura Dern, Leonardo DiCaprio, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lawrence, Heath Ledger, Eddie Redmayne, Martin Scorsese, and Kate Winslet.
