Dan Wilson (playwright)
Dan Wilson (born 1970) is an American playwright, actor, director, and improvisational comedian based in San Francisco, California. He is the author of six full length produced plays (''In a Distant Country'', ''411'', ''Vagina Dentata'','' 'Sweetie' Tanya: the demon barista of Valencia Street'', ''Harvesting the Lost'', and ''Just One More Game'') and three produced one-acts (''Pinch'', ''Get it? Got it. Good!'' and ''All that and a Box of Donuts''). Earlier in life, Dan attended North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois and wrote and directed short dramas for use at Grace Evangelical Covenant Church. These short dramas are still in circulation and are performed in churches of many denominations around the world. North Park Theological Seminary
North Park Theological Seminary is a seminary located in the North Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. It is the sole graduate theological school of the Evangelical Covenant Church. History In 1891, the school was founded by the Evangelical Covenant Church in Minneapolis. In 1894, the school moved to Chicago. The seminary shares a campus with North Park University, the denomination's liberal arts college. The seminary's main building, Nyvall Hall, is named after David Nyvall, who was instrumental in the formation of the school and served as professor and president for many years. Evangelical Covenant Church
The Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) is a Radical Pietistic denomination with Lutheran roots in the evangelical Christian tradition. The denomination has 129,015 members in 878 congregations and an average worship attendance of 219,000 people in the United States and Canada with ministries on five continents. Antero Alli is a professional astrologer who has authored books on experimental theatre, astrology and Timothy Leary's 8-circuit model of consciousness. He lives in Portland, Oregon, where he conducts workshops and stages theatrical productions, some of which have been released as films.
