Damien Éloi
Damien Éloi (born 4 July 1969 in Vire, Calvados) is a French table tennis player. As of February 2013, Eloi is ranked no. 88 in the world by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF). He is also right-handed, and uses the attacking grip and Tibhar 4S blade. Table tennis career Since he became a member of the national team in 1990, Eloi is considered one of France's top-level table tennis players in its sporting history. He is a multiple-time French champion in both the singles and doubles tournaments, and has won a total of seven medals (one gold, five silver, and one bronze) in the same discipline at the ITTF World Tour series. Playing with four-time Olympian Jean-Philippe Gatien (1988–2000), Eloi had won two bronze medals in the men's doubles at the 1995 and 1997 World Table Tennis Championships, held in Tianjin, China, and in Manchester, England, respectively. Levallois Sporting Club
The Levallois Sporting Club is a multi-sport athletic club located in Levallois-Perret, France. Founded in 1983, it is now organised into 32 sports and counts 14,500 members. It is one of the most important sports club in France and one that links amateurs and professionals. Among the notable members of the club are Teddy Riner, Marie-Claire Restoux and Jean-Philippe Gatien. History The Levallois Sporting Club was created in 1983. Before that, the club was called Entente Sportive Levalloisienne. At first, 12 sports were represented. Steffen Fetzner is a male former table tennis player from Germany. From 1989 to 2000 he won several medals in doubles, and team events in the Table Tennis European Championships, in the World Table Tennis Championships, and in the Table Tennis World Cup. Jörg Roßkopf
Jörg Roßkopf (born May 22, 1969 in Dieburg, Hesse) is a former professional German table tennis player who is currently the head coach of the German Men's National Table Tennis Team. As a player, he won the title in Men's Doubles at the 1989 World Table Tennis Championships and the silver medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, with Steffen Fetzner as his partner. In men's singles, he won the bronze medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and the gold medal at the Table Tennis World Cup in 1998. As a coach, he was awarded the ITTF Star Coach award in 2017. Jan-Ove Waldner considered him to have the best backhand in the world, particularly against backspin. Wang Tao (; born December 13, 1967 in Beijing) is a retired Chinese table tennis player, the current head coach of the Bayi Gongshang club in the China Table Tennis Super League, and a member of the Chinese Olympic Committee. Wang Tao is a left-handed player who utilizes the shakehand grip, known for using short pimpled rubber on his backhand and regular inverted rubber on his forehand.
