Damien Starkey
Damien Starkey (born October 20, 1982) is an American musician, songwriter and producer. He has played many roles in several bands, served as a vocalist for Society Red and Burn Season, bassist for Puddle of Mudd, and he also owns a company called Give 2 Get Music Group in which he is a music supervisor and composer for TV and film music. Damien has scored and wrote music for more than 70 TV shows and movies including American Reunion, Nitro Circus Movie, Freeheld, Pawn Stars, Bar Rescue, and Undercover Boss. As a producer he has written for and produced many notable artists including platinum selling bands Saliva, Daughtry and Avril Lavigne. The album "Project X" by Upchurch was co-written and produced by Damien and peaked on the album chart at #4 and #2 on the Hip Hop Chart. Saliva is an American rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1996. Saliva released their self-titled debut album in 1997 through Rockingchair Records, a label owned and operated by Mark Yoshida. The release was recorded and produced by Bill Pappas at Rockingchair Studios. They were signed to Island Records and went on to release their second studio album ''Every Six Seconds''. Burn Season was an American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 2001. Their final lineup consisted of Damien Starkey on vocals, Kevin Renwick on guitar, Brad Stewart on bass and Bobby Amaru on vocals. The group initially signed with Elektra Records to record and release their debut album. However, after business mergers left the band without a label, they eventually found a home with Bieler Bros. Records, releasing their debut album in 2005 before splitting up two years later. Douglas John Ardito (born March 10, 1971) is an American musician who was a member and played guitar as well as bass guitar for the band Puddle of Mudd. Shinedown is an American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed by singer Brent Smith in 2001 after the dissolution of Dreve, his previous band. Brad Stewart
Brad Stewart (born November 19, 1974) is an American bassist, best known for his work with hard rock bands Shinedown and Fuel. He now plays in Saliva, Society Red, and Burn Season. Career Shinedown Stewart was the second member to join Shinedown after vocalist Brent Smith. They met through a mutual friend of Smith’s A&R contact, local Jacksonville producer Pete Thornton. In March 2007, it was reported that Stewart had left Shinedown. No official statement was made, leaving fans to speculate. On September 20, 2008 on his newly-created MySpace account, Stewart posted a lengthy blog that provided information about his time with Shinedown and his controversial departure.
