Daiva Batytė
Daiva Batytė (born 22 August 1980) is a Lithuanian chess Woman International Master (WIM) (2018). She is two times winner of Lithuanian Women's Chess Championship (2004, 2015). Chess career Batytė studied at the Plungė Chess School and is a member of the ''Plungės visuomeninis šachmatų klubas "Bokštas"'' chess club. Her coach was Vitalius Vladas Andriušaitis. In 2004 and 2015 she won the Lithuanian Women's Chess Championship; 2002, 2007, 2016 and in 2018 she was runner-up in this tournament. With the Lithuanian women's team she took part in 2000, 2004, 2006 and 2016 at the Chess Olympiad and in 2007 and 2015 at the European Team Chess Championship. Batytė lives in Vienna. She has been a trainer since 2013 and trainer in the Viennese women's chess club ''Frau Schach''. In the 2015/16 season, Batytė played in the Austrian 2. Plungė
Plungė (; Samogitian: ''Plongė''; ) is a city in Lithuania with 17,252 inhabitants. Plunge is the capital of the Plungė District Municipality which has 33,251 inhabitants (2022). Two parts of the city are separated by the Babrungas River and two bridges are built over it. Plungė is known for Plungė Manor and its park, where the Samogitian Art Museum is located. In the Oginskiai manor park stands the Perkūnas oak natural monument. The Lourdes grotto of Plungė was created in 1905 and attracts visitors. European Chess Club Cup
The European Chess Club Cup is an annual chess tournament for club teams from Europe. It is organised by the European Chess Union. The competition is held with the Swiss system over seven rounds. Woman International Master
FIDE titles are awarded by the international chess governing body FIDE (''Fédération Internationale des Échecs'') for outstanding performance. The highest such title is Grandmaster (GM). Titles generally require a combination of Elo rating and norms (performance benchmarks in competitions including other titled players).
