Shanxi
Shanxi (; ; formerly romanised as Shansi) is a landlocked province of the People's Republic of China and is part of the North China region. The capital and largest city of the province is Taiyuan, while its next most populated prefecture-level cities are Changzhi and Datong. Henan (; or ; ; alternatively Honan) is a landlocked province of China, in the central part of the country. The Central Advisory Commission () (CAC) was a body of the Chinese Communist Party that existed during the era of the paramount leadership of Deng Xiaoping. The body was supposed to provide "political assistance and consultation" to the Party's Central Committee; however, as the CAC was a select group of senior Party members, it was often seen as having more authority unofficially than that body. Yu Mingtao (; November 1917 – May 28, 2017) was a politician of the People's Republic of China. He was the first Auditor General of National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China.
