Yu Mingtao
Yu Mingtao (; November 1917 – May 28, 2017) was a politician of the People's Republic of China. He was the first Auditor General of National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China. He also served as governor of Shaanxi Province, and president of China Audit Society. Born in Shen County, Hebei Province, he joined Chinese Communist Party in October 1936. After Lushan Conference in 1959, together with Hua Guofeng, he was elected as secretary in the secretariat of CCP Hunan committee. He was promoted to a standing committee member of CCP Hunan committee and director about economics commission of Hunan, in charge of industry, transportation and trade. Since 1961, Yu had served as a standing committee member of CCP center-south bureau and director of its finance and trading commission, secretary of CCP Guangzhou municipal committee, vice director of Guangzhou municipal revolutionary commission, and governor of Shaanxi. Yu (Chinese Surname)
Yu is the pinyin romanisation of several Chinese family names. However, in the Wade–Giles romanisation system, Yu is equivalent to You in pinyin. The Central Advisory Commission () (CAC) was a body of the Chinese Communist Party that existed during the era of the paramount leadership of Deng Xiaoping. The body was supposed to provide "political assistance and consultation" to the Party's Central Committee; however, as the CAC was a select group of senior Party members, it was often seen as having more authority unofficially than that body. Lü Peijian (; born August 1928) is a Chinese retired politician and central banker. He served as Vice Minister of Finance from 1978 to 1982, Governor of the People's Bank of China from 1982 to 1985, and Auditor General of the National Audit Office from 1985 to 1994. Biography Lü Peijian was born in August 1928 in Hongze, Jiangsu, Republic of China. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, he enlisted in the New Fourth Army in 1944 and joined the Communist Party of China in November of that year. He studied accounting and worked in the logistics department of the New Fourth Army, and later the of the People's Liberation Army during the Chinese Civil War. After the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, Lü worked in the finance department of the East China region. Wang Renzhong (; January 15, 1917 – March 16, 1992) was a Chinese political leader. He was born to a peasant family in Jing County, Hebei. In November 1933, he joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). From 1938, he served as the vice director of Hebei- Shandong-Henan CCP Publicity Department, director of South Hebei CPC Propaganda Department, and as a party group secretary. After 1945, he became the director of South Hebei CCP Administrative Office. After 1949, he arrived in Wuhan with the army, and was appointed as a standing member of Hubei Provincial Party Committee and vice president of People's Government of Hubei Province. In 1954 he became First Secretary (Party Chief) of the Hubei Communist Party Committee, the top leader of the province.
