Dahu Park Station
The Taipei Metro Dahu Park station is located north of Dahu Park in Neihu District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is a station on Wenhu line. Station overview This three-level, elevated station features two side platforms, two exits, and platform elevators located on the north and south sides of the concourse level. It is named for the nearby Dahu Park, visible from the system between Dahu Park and Huzhou. Public art for the station is titled "Flying Kites at Home in the Sky"; it consists of 12 sculptures and is located around the entrance area. While the glass walls of the entrance area resemble an aquarium, the kites give the illusion of aquatic animals floating in the tank. Neihu District
Neihu District is a district of Taipei City, Taiwan. Neihu means "inner lake." The older name originates from the Ketagalan word ''Tayour'' (transliterated by the Dutch as ''Cattajo''), meaning woman's head ornament. Many mountainous roads and paths, which are ideal for hiking, connect Neihu with the neighboring Shilin District and Yangmingshan National Park. The Tri-Service General Hospital, which is a teaching hospital of the National Defense Medical Center, is also in Neihu. The Wuchih Mountain Military Cemetery borders Neihu. Taipei Zoo Station
The Taipei Metro Taipei Zoo Station is a terminus on Wenhu line, Maokong Gondola Line, and the planned Circular Line of the Taipei Metro. It is located in the Wenshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. Station overview This three-level, elevated station features two side platforms and two exits. It is located on Xinguang Rd., Sec. 2. In order to deal with patronage to the zoo, an underground parking lot was constructed. It connects to the Maokong Gondola and Taipei Zoo. It will be a transfer station and terminus with Circular Line in 2029, which is expected to bring a lot of convenience to districts in outer Taipei and New Taipei by saving a lot of commuting time.
