Daf Palfrey
Dafydd (Daf) Palfrey (born 26 March 1973) is a Welsh people, Welsh director, producer and writer. Education He received 1st Class Bachelor of Arts, BA Hons Graphic Design at Camberwell College of Arts London Institute. His other interests include writing and performing music, which he has done semi-professionally since he was 16, as a lead guitarist with legendary Cardiff funk band Hanner Pei. He has written a pilot for a TV series, directed numerous prime time shows, shot over thirty music videos and worked in the UK and abroad, including the US, Puerto Rico, Berlin, Patagonia and Canada. Palfrey graduated in 1997 from Camberwell College of Arts with a 1st class degree in Graphic Design. One of his graduation projects was a short film starring Rhys Ifans, which was a surrealist interpretation of the events leading up to "The Scream" by Edvard Munch. DJ Yoda
Duncan Beiny (born 1977 in London, England), better known as DJ Yoda, is a hip hop turntablist who uses samples to create an animated musical style. He is known for several awards and media industry achievements. Early life and career After attending Highgate School, he studied English and American literature at the University of Warwick from 1995 to 1998. During this period, he began performing at Mojo, a popular Warwick hip hop and soul night at the student's union until he graduated. After he left university, he began releasing underground demo mix-tapes to small music shops. Through the popularity of these tapes, Antidote Records asked him to create an official mixtape, from which ''How to Cut & Paste Mix Tape Vol.1'' was released. West Wales ( cy, Gorllewin Cymru) is not clearly defined as a particular region of Wales. Cowbois ac Injans ''(Cowboys and Engines)'' is a Welsh language television drama written by brother and sister Jon Tregenna and Catherine Tregenna which was broadcast on S4C. The series was made by Teledu Opus, which later became Rondo Productions. The title was a pun on the phrase "Cowboys and "Injuns"; "injun", a mis-pronunciation of "Indian" (as in " American Indian") sounds similar to "injan", Welsh for "engine". Plot The comedy drama is set in a used car showroom, Garej Wheelers, somewhere in the ''Wild West'' of Wales. Things don't always go according to plan. It's a world of love, lies and second-hand cars. The series also deals in the fading dreams of the staff, for as Billy Wheeler said, 'No ever grows up wanting to be a car salesman.' Greenwich Park
Greenwich Park is a former hunting park in Greenwich and one of the largest single green spaces in south-east London. The show was set in the Welsh valley Rhondda Cynon Taf from series one until the end of series five, and Rhymney Valley from the beginning of series six until the end of the show in series nine. A sombrero (Spanish , ) is a type of wide-brimmed Mexican men's hat used to shield the face and eyes from the sun. It usually has a high pointed crown, an extra-wide brim (broad enough to cast a shadow over the head, neck and shoulders of the wearer) that is slightly upturned at the edge, and a chin strap to hold it in place.
