Dabo Aliyu CON mni psc (29 December 194713 December 2020) was acting Administrator of Anambra State from November to December 1993, and served as Administrator of Yobe State from December 1993 to August 1996 during the military regime of General Sani Abacha. Chukwuemeka Ezeife (born 20 November 1938) is a Nigerian politician who was elected governor of Anambra State in Nigeria from January 1992 to November 1993 during the Nigerian Third Republic. Background Ezeife was born at Igbo-Ukwu, Anambra State on 20 November 1939. He did not attend secondary school, but taught himself through correspondence courses, qualifying for university admission. Bukar Abba Ibrahim (1949) was governor of Yobe State in Nigeria from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007. He also served as governor of the state from January 1992 to November 1993.
