DYWC (801 AM) Radyo Bandilyo is a radio station owned and operated by Franciscan Broadcasting Corporation, the media arm of the Diocese of Dumaguete. Its studios and transmitter facilities are located at the Parish Compound, Brgy. Poblacion, Sibulan. History DYWC was founded in 1965 by the Franciscan friars in Guihulngan. In 1980, a year after it went back on air, the Diocese of Dumaguete took over the station. Sibulan, officially the Municipality of Sibulan ( ceb, Lungsod sa Sibulan; tl, Bayan ng Sibulan), is a second class municipality of the Philippines, municipality in the Philippine Province, province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. Guihulngan
Guihulngan, officially the City of Guihulngan ( ceb, Dakbayan sa Guihulngan; fil, Lungsod ng Guihulngan), is a 5th class component city in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines.
