Hrvatske ceste (lit. ''Croatian roads'') is a Croatian state-owned company pursuant to provisions of the Croatian Public Roads Act ( hr, Zakon o javnim cestama enacted by the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia. The tasks of the company are defined by the Public Roads Act and its Founding Declaration, and the principal task of the company is management, construction and maintenance of public roads. In practice, Hrvatske ceste are responsible for the state roads in Croatia (designated with ''D''), while county (''Ž'') and local (''L'') roads are managed by county authorities and the motorways (''A'') are managed by Hrvatske autoceste and other concessionaires. Kraljevica
Kraljevica (known as ''Porto Re'' in Italian and literally translated as "King's cove" in English) is a town in the Kvarner region of Croatia, located between Rijeka and Crikvenica, approximately thirty kilometers from Opatija and near the entrance to the bridge to the island of Krk. Rijeka

D3 Road (Croatia)
D3 is a state road in western parts of Croatia connecting Rijeka on the Adriatic coast to Zagreb, Karlovac and Varaždin, as well as to Goričan border crossing to Hungary. Furthermore, the D3 road is used as a parallel road to a number of motorways in Croatia, namely the A4 motorway north of Zagreb, the A1 motorway between Zagreb and Bosiljevo 2 interchange south of Karlovac and finally the A6 motorway between Bosiljevo 2 interchange and Rijeka and it connects to nearly all motorway interchanges on that route either directly or via connecting roads. The road is long. The D3 state road is concurrent in parts of its route with other state roads, most notably the D1 between Zagreb and Karlovac, as well as some sections of the A4 (south of Popovec interchange) and the A3 (between Ivanja Reka and Lučko interchanges) motorways. Orehovica Interchange
The Orehovica interchange ( hr, Čvor Orehovica) is a trumpet interchange in Rijeka, Croatia. The interchange represents the southern terminus of the A6 motorway and it connects the A6 route to the A7 motorway between Škurinje and Draga exits, also representing a part of Rijeka bypass. The interchange is a part of Pan-European corridor Vb. It also represents a junction of European routes E61 and E65. The interchange was originally executed as Zagreb–Rijeka motorway terminus exit, connecting the motorway to the city of Rijeka itself directly. Following construction of Rijeka bypass towards Škurinje (westward), the interchange was expanded, but it was still used as a motorway exit. Once the bypass, i.e. A7 motorway, was extended eastward to Sveti Kuzam, the motorway exit was scheduled to be cancelled.
