Cynthia Morgan
Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan (born 23 September 1991), popularly known by her previous stage name Cynthia Morgan, now Madrina, is a Nigerian born songwriter and singer. Her music is a fusion of pop, hip hop, dancehall and rap. She shot into limelight following the release of two singles titled "Don't Break My Heart" and "Lead Me On", which received massive airplay and positive reviews from critics. Cynthia made her acting debut in 2016 Nollywood movie "The Wrong Number" Directed by Saint Joseph ovensehi, and Ay's comedy movie A trip to Jamaica. Benin City
Benin City is the capital and largest city of Edo State, Nigeria. It is the fourth-largest city in Nigeria according to the 2006 census, after Lagos, Kano, and Ibadan, with a population estimate of about 3,500,000 as of 2022. The Headies 2015
The Headies 2015 was the 10th edition of The Headies. It was held on January 1, 2016, at the Landmark Events Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos. Themed "Flip the Script", the event was hosted by Bovi and Kaffy. It was previously scheduled to hold on December 30, 2015, but the organizers of the event postponed it to January 1, 2016 without citing any reason. Olamide won a total of four awards, while Timi Dakolo won three. Wizkid won the most awards while Olamide received the most nominations with three across 39 award categories. ELOY Awards
ELOY (Exquisite Lady of the Year) Awards is an award for women excelling in their field of work. It was established by Tewa Onasanya in 2009. During the ELOY awards which was held in Lagos Continental Hotel in 2018, the convener Tewa Onasanya revealed that the nominees were selected from different walks of life and that there has to be a vote-count before anyone is duly awarded. The 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards took place on 31 August 2014, at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. The eligibility period was from March 2013 to March 2014. In April 2014, the NEA reviewing committee began collecting submissions for the 2014 edition. The deadline for submission was April 30, 2014, and the nominations were announced on May 29, 2014.
