Cults Academy
Cults Academy is an Aberdeen City Council secondary school in Cults, Aberdeen, Scotland. It was the recipient of The Sunday Times Scottish State Secondary School of the Year Award 2008 because of its outstanding exam results that year, having been rated 3rd in 2005. Based on pupil numbers, Cults Academy is the largest state school in Aberdeen. It was founded in 1967. The old 1960s school building was replaced with a new building on the former site of its playing fields in 2009. Pupils Approximately 1170 attend the school each year (one of the largest school rolls in the Aberdeen area), between the ages of approximately 11 to 18. The majority have attended one of the four primary schools in the catchment area; Cults Primary School, Culter School, Lairhillock Primary and Milltimber Primary. The 2006 Commonwealth Games, officially the XVIII Commonwealth Games and commonly known as Melbourne 2006 (Boonwurrung/Woiwurrung: ''Narrm 2006'' or ''Naarm 2006''), was an international multi-sport event for members of the Commonwealth held in Melbourne, Australia between 15 and 26 March 2006. Robbie Renwick
Robert Peter Renwick (born 21 July 1988) is a Scottish former competitive swimmer who represented Great Britain at the Olympics and FINA world championships, as well as Scotland in the Commonwealth Games. Renwick is a world champion and a Commonwealth Games gold medallist. He first rose to prominence by swimming the anchor leg in the Scottish men's 4×200-metre freestyle relay team at the 2006 Commonwealth Games as a 17-year-old. The team won silver, after he was narrowly touched out by the English relay team. Renwick featured in every major Olympic or world championship for Britain from 2007 to 2016. Miss World 2001
Miss World 2001, the 51st edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 16 November 2001 at the Super Bowl of Sun City Entertainment Centre in Sun City, South Africa. 93 contestants from all over the world competed for the title. Priyanka Chopra of India crowned her successor Agbani Darego of Nigeria at the end of the event. This is the first time Nigeria won the title of Miss World. The Miss World 2001 contest was originally set to be held in Durban, but later changed the venue to Sun City. Mitch Megginson (born 27 July 1992) is a Scottish Association football, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football), striker for Cove Rangers F.C., Cove Rangers. Shaun Maloney
Shaun Richard Maloney (born 24 January 1983) is a Scottish football coach and former player. Maloney played for Celtic, Aston Villa, Wigan Athletic, Chicago Fire, Hull City and the Scotland national team as an attacking midfielder or winger. Maloney started his career at Celtic, playing 215 matches across all competitions and winning honours including five Scottish Premier League titles. He was the first player to claim both the SPFA Players' Player of the Year and the SPFA Young Player of the Year awards in the same season, doing so in 2005/06.
