Crni Biseri
Crni Biseri ( sr-cyr, Црни Бисери, trans. ''The Black Pearls'') were a Yugoslav rock band formed in Belgrade in 1963. The band were one of the pioneers of the Yugoslav rock scene. The band started their career performing beat music, but later moved towards rhythm and blues. During the 1960s they became one of the most popular Yugoslav bands. Although their popularity heavily declined with the arrival of new musical trends and the new generation of Yugoslav bands at the beginning of the 1970s, they were one of rare Yugoslav 1960s bands to continue their career throughout the following decade. Although they recorded a large number of EPs and 7" singles, they released their only full-length studio album in 1976, disbanding in 1980. Biseri (trans. ''The Pearls'') were a Yugoslav rock band formed in Zagreb in 1965. During the 1960s Biseri performed beat and rhythm and blues. In the 1970s they moved towards pop rock, but failed to achieve larger popularity and disbanded in 1980. Although they were not among the earliest Yugoslav rock bands, Biseri, as other Yugoslav 1960s rock bands, played a pioneering role on the Yugoslav rock scene. Tunel (band)
Tunel ( sr-cyr, Тунел, trans. ''Tunnel'') was a Serbian and Yugoslav rock band formed in Belgrade in 1980. Tunel was formed in 1980 as a supergoup consisting of a former S Vremena Na Vreme member Ljuba Ninković (guitar), a former Crni Biseri member Vladimir Janković "Vlada Džet" (bass guitar) and a former SOS member Steva Stevanović (drums). In 1984 the band was joined by guitarist Vlada Negovanović, who was replaced by Predrag Guculj in 1987. Tunel ended their activity in 1992, when Ninković started working with the reunited S Vremena Na Vreme. During their career the band released five studio albums and had several hit songs. The Shadows
The Shadows (originally known as the Drifters) were an English instrumental rock group, who dominated the British popular music charts in the late 1950s and early 1960s, in the pre- Beatles era. They served as the backing band for Cliff Richard from 1958 to 1968, and have joined him for several reunion tours. The Shadows have had 69 UK chart singles from the 1950s to the 2000s, 35 credited to the Shadows and 34 to Cliff Richard and the Shadows. Juvenile delinquency, also known as juvenile offending, is the act of participating in unlawful behavior as a minor or individual younger than the statutory age of majority. In the United States of America, a juvenile delinquent is a person who commits a crime and is under a specific age. Most states specify a juvenile delinquent as an individual under 18 years of age while a few states have set the maximum age slightly different. In 2021, Michigan, New York, and Vermont raised the maximum age to under 19, and Vermont law was updated again in 2022 to include individuals under the age of 20. Only three states, Georgia, Texas, and Wisconsin still appropriate the age of a juvenile delinquent as someone under the age of 17. While the maximum age in some US states has increased, Japan has lowered the juvenile delinquent age from under 20 to under 18. Reform School
A reform school was a penal institution, generally for teenagers mainly operating between 1830 and 1900. In the United Kingdom and its colonies reformatories commonly called reform schools were set up from 1854 onwards for youngsters who were convicted of a crime as an alternative to an adult prison. In parallel, " Industrial schools" were set up for vagrants and children needing protection. Both were 'certified' by the government from 1857, and in 1932 the systems merged and both were 'approved' and became approved schools.
