Conker The Squirrel
Conker the Squirrel is a fictional anthropomorphic red squirrel starring in various video games, primarily known for featuring in ''Conker's Bad Fur Day''. He first appeared alongside Diddy Kong in Rareware's ''Diddy Kong Racing''. Other appearances outside of the ''Conker'' series include ''Project Spark''. Conker is voiced by Chris Seavor in all of his appearances. History At E3 1997 Rareware announced ''Conker's Quest'', a 3D platformer aimed at a young audience starring Conker the Squirrel. Later the same year, Conker debuted in Rareware's ''Diddy Kong Racing'' for the Nintendo 64, as a promotion for his future titles. After ''Conker's Quest'' was significantly delayed in the spring of 1998, long after the initial release date, it was renamed ''Twelve Tales: Conker 64''. ''Conker'' is a series of platform video games created and produced by Rare. It chronicles the events of Conker the Squirrel, an anthropomorphic red squirrel that made his debut as a playable character in ''Diddy Kong Racing''. The Game Boy Color game is targeted at a family audience. ''Conker's Bad Fur Day'' was changed during its development to be based on graphic violence, profanity, and other adult material, which earned the game a Mature rating by the ESRB, with an advisory on its box. A graphically improved but censored version of ''Conker's Bad Fur Day'', along with new multiplayer modes, was released as '' Conker: Live & Reloaded'' on June 21, 2005 in North America for the original Xbox. ''Develop'' was a monthly UK trade magazine for the video game industry. Its online portal, complete with a digital version of the print publication, was active since July 2007. Develop 100 was an annual rating system for game developers produced by ''Develop''. It was a ranking of the world's games development studios based on a variety of criteria including sales data, critical success and industry standing.
