Colin Andrew Munro CMG (born 24 October 1946) is a former British diplomat. He was educated at George Watson's College, the University of Edinburgh (MA Modern Languages, 1968) and King's College London (MA, International Studies). He served as British Ambassador to Croatia from 1997 to 2000. The Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George is a British order of chivalry founded on 28 April 1818 by George IV, George IV, Prince of Wales, while he was acting as prince regent for his father, George III, King George III. George Watson's College is a co-educational Independent school (United Kingdom), independent day school in Scotland, situated on Colinton Road, in the Merchiston area of Edinburgh.
