Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Baseball
The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers baseball program has been the university's most consistent program in terms of success. Head Coach Gary Gilmore (903–464-1 at CCU, 1,156-566-3 overall) has led the Chanticleers to 16 NCAA Regional appearances and three Super Regional appearances since being hired in 1996. The program has received #1 regional seeds on five occasions (2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2018) and won 50+ games in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2016. In addition, the Chanticleers hosted NCAA Regionals in 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2018. The program hosted a Super Regional in 2010 and won the 2016 College World Series. Sun Belt Conference
The Sun Belt Conference (SBC) is a collegiate athletic conference that has been affiliated with the NCAA's Division I since 1976. Originally a non-football conference, the Sun Belt began sponsoring football in 2001. Its football teams participate in the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). The 14 member institutions of the Sun Belt are distributed primarily across the southern United States. Liberty Flames Baseball
The Liberty Flames baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States. The team is a member of Conference USA, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Liberty's first baseball team was fielded in 1974. The team plays its home games at Liberty Baseball Stadium in Lynchburg, Virginia. The Flames are coached by Scott Jackson. The team colors are red, white and blue. Eastern Michigan Eagles
The Eastern Michigan Eagles, formerly known as the Normalites and the Hurons, are the athletic teams for Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan, United States. The Eagles compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level as members of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Louisville Cardinals Baseball
The Louisville Cardinals baseball team is the varsity intercollegiate baseball program of the University of Louisville, located in Louisville, Kentucky. The program was a member of the NCAA Division I American Athletic Conference for the 2014 season and joined the Atlantic Coast Conference in July 2014. The Cardinals have played at Jim Patterson Stadium since the venue opened during the 2005 season. Dan McDonnell has been the program's head coach since the start of the 2007 season. The Georgia Southern Eagles are the athletic team(s) of Georgia Southern University (GS). The Eagles compete in the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) (formerly I-A) and are members of the NCAA Division I Sun Belt Conference.
