Cloudia Swann is an English stage, film and television actress. Life and career Swann was born in Leicestershire, and spent her early years living in Stratford-upon-Avon where she attended Bromsgrove School until the age of 13. Swann later attended Cheltenham College for her A-Levels before a 3-year Acting Diploma at the Oxford School of Drama, graduating in 2005 when she landed her first screen leading role opposite Jesper Christanson as Alice in an Independent Feature Shaking Dreamland. ''Of Mice and Men'' is a novella written by John Steinbeck. Published in 1937, it narrates the experiences of George Milton and Lennie Small, two displaced migrant ranch workers, who move from place to place in California in search of new job opportunities during the Great Depression in the United States. Steinbeck based the novella on his own experiences working alongside migrant farm workers as a teenager in the 1910s (before the arrival of the Okies that he would describe in ''The Grapes of Wrath''). Alex Kalymnios is an English director, producer and screenwriter. Early life During school Kalymnios wanted to become an actress. When she directed her first school play, she decided that she wanted to become a director. In 2002 she graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in TV and Video Production.
