Ciipher ( ko, 싸이퍼) is a South Korean boy band created by South Korean singer Rain under R.A.I.N. Company. The group consists of Tan, Hwi, Hyunbin, Keita, Tag, Dohwan and Won. Under Nineteen () is a survival show on Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation for trainees under the age of 19 years old. There are a total of 57 contestants competing to debut as a member of 1THE9. The trainees are put into groups that specializes in vocals, rapping, and performance.
