''Cherry Bombe'' is an American biannual magazine and media company that focuses on women working in the food and beverage industry. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Cherry Bombe produces a print magazine, podcast, cookbook, and hosts national events. History ''Cherry Bombe'' was established as a print magazine in 2013 by Claudia Wu and Kerry Diamond. The magazine was originally funded through a Kickstarter campaign that raised more than 42,000 dollars. The first issue was published in May 2013, featuring Karlie Kloss as its cover model. Each issue of the magazine sold around 10,000 copies in 2014. In 2014, Cherry Bombe expanded its scope by establishing Jubilee, an annual conference that focuses on women in the culinary world. Claudia Wu is a founder and former creative director of ''Cherry Bombe'', a twice-yearly magazine about women and food. Early life Wu grew up in Briarcliff Manor, New York with Taiwanese immigrant parents. She has a degree from the Rhode Island School of Design. Career Wu began her career for the magazines ''Visionaire'' and '' V'', then worked at ''Harper's Bazaar'' where she met her future ''Cherry Bombe'' partner, Kerry Diamond. Heritage Radio Network is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit covering the world of food, drink and agriculture. The member-supported radio station has more than one million monthly listeners in over 200 countries.
