Charlie Stubbs (Coronation Street)
Charlie Stubbs is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'', played by Bill Ward. He made his first appearance during the episode broadcast on 10 November 2003 and last appearance on 15 January 2007. During his time on the programme, Charlie gradually became the show's main antagonist after being transpired to have a narcissistic, manipulative and despicable streak. Coronation Street
''Coronation Street'' is an English soap opera created by Granada Television and shown on ITV since 9 December 1960. The programme centres around a cobbled, terraced street in Weatherfield, a fictional town based on inner-city Salford. Originally broadcast twice weekly, the series began airing six times a week in 2017. The programme was conceived by scriptwriter Tony Warren. Ciaran McCarthy is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'', portrayed by Keith Duffy. He made his first on-screen appearance on 7 August 2002, before departing in 2005. Johnny Briggs (actor)
John Ernest Briggs (5 September 1935 – 28 February 2021) was an English actor. He was known for his role as Mike Baldwin in the soap opera '' Coronation Street'', in which he appeared from 1976 to 2006. Early life Briggs was born in Battersea, south-west London, on 5 September 1935. His father was a master carpenter. He was evacuated from London during the Blitz campaign of World War II. He was awarded a scholarship to train at the Italia Conti Academy stage school when he was 12 years old. There, he learned alongside Millicent Martin, Nanette Newman and Anthony Newley. Career One of Briggs' first acting roles was in '' Quartet'' (1948), alongside George Cole. Kate Ford (born 29 December 1976) is an English actress. She is known for her portrayal of Tracy Barlow in the ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'' (2002–2007, 2010–present). Julia Haworth is an English actress. She is known for playing the role of Claire Peacock in the ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'' from 2003 to 2011. Early and personal life Haworth was born in Burnley, Lancashire.
