Cerkno Ski Resort
Cerkno Ski Resort is the Slovenian most modern ski resort on Črni Vrh nad Novaki hill near Davča opened in 1984. It is located 10 km away from centre of municipality Cerkno. It offers total of 18 km ski slopes, 5 km tracks for cross-country skiing and Snowboard Park. It was awarded for best Slovenian ski resort in seasons 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20. There is a hotel and restaurant built in alpine style, situated at the top station. Cerkno summer offerings include hiking and mountain biking. It is the 6th largest ski resort in Slovenia. Davča, Železniki
Davča (; german: Dautscha) is a scattered settlement in the Municipality of Železniki in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. Davščica Creek flows past the settlement. The Cerkno Ski Resort is partially located in the settlement. Name The settlement may have been attested in written sources in 1345 as ''de Dauonça'', but reliably in 1500 and 1515 as ''in der Allss''. Cross-country Skiing
Cross-country skiing is a form of skiing where skiers rely on their own locomotion to move across snow-covered terrain, rather than using ski lifts or other forms of assistance. Cross-country skiing is widely practiced as a sport and recreational activity; however, some still use it as a means of transportation. Variants of cross-country skiing are adapted to a range of terrain which spans unimproved, sometimes mountainous terrain to groomed courses that are specifically designed for the sport. Idrija
Idrija (, in older sources ''Zgornja Idrija''; german: (Ober)idria, it, Idria) is a town in western Slovenia. It is the seat of the Municipality of Idrija. It is located in the traditional region of Inner Carniola and is in the Gorizia Statistical Region. Logatec (; german: Loitsch, it, Longatico) is a town in Slovenia. It is the seat of the Municipality of Logatec. It is located roughly in the centre of Inner Carniola, between the capital Ljubljana and Postojna. The town of Logatec has seen rapid industrial development and immigration since the completion of the nearby A1 motorway to the coast. Gorenja Vas, Gorenja Vas–Poljane

Koper
