''Cazimi'' is an album by American country musician Caitlin Rose, released by Missing Piece and Names on November 18, 2022. The album is Rose's first in almost a decade and has received positive reviews. Recording and release ''Cazimi'' is Rose's first album in almost a decade, begun at the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and produced for over two years. Previous recording sessions were unfruitful and Rose entered a creative period where she considered quitting music altogether. Caitlin Rose (born June 23, 1987) is a Country music, country singer and songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee. She has released three albums, Own Side Now (2010), The Stand-In (2013) and Cazimi (2022). She also recorded two Arctic Monkeys songs for Record Store Day in 2012. Career Rose was previously the lead singer of Nashville indie band Save Macaulay, on local label Theory 8 until 2007. As a solo artist, she signed to Broadcast Music Incorporated, BMI in 2008. The title track of her seven-track 2008 EP, ''Dead Flowers (Catlin Rose EP), Dead Flowers'', is a cover of Dead Flowers (The Rolling Stones song), a Rolling Stones song. William Armistead Tyler (born December 25, 1979, in Nashville, Tennessee) is an American musician and guitarist who plays "cosmic country," folk, indie folk, and pop rock. His debut studio album, ''Behold the Spirit'', was released on November 22, 2010. Adam Bednarik produced the album with Tyler on Tompkins Square Records.
