CS Unirea Tărlungeni
CS Unirea Tărlungeni was a Romanian football club based originally in Tărlungeni, Brașov County and for a short period in Ștefăneștii de Jos, Ilfov County, which last played in the Liga II. History CS Unirea Tărlungeni was founded in 1983 and was assigned to Division C (later Liga III). In 2010, the team was taken over by former player of Unirea Urziceni, László Balint. After 40 seasons in the third echelon in 2013 Tărlungeni Unirea finished the season first in the sixth series of this competition and promoted the first in Liga II. On 18 September 2013 Unirea Tărlungeni was defeated by former national champion Rapid București, relegated to the second echelon by decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne for financial reasons and after a barrage of maintaining played with Concordia Chiajna with the score 0 -1, at home in a match counting for the third stage of the second league. Liga IV Brașov
Liga IV Brașov is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Brașov County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 16 teams, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off. Liga IV
Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia D into Liga IV before the start of play for the 2006–07 season. Current format Liga IV has 42 divisions. The divisions are regionalised and are organised by every county association. Each team plays in their own county. The county associations decide how many teams play in the league and how many matches each side plays. In Romania the most frequently used system is one division with matches played home and away. A number of associations prefer 2 or even 4 parallel divisions with the teams finishing first meeting in a play-off to decide the champion. The number of teams differ from one county association to another. The Mureș County association has the fewest teams, 8, which play in a Scottish system, playing 4 times against one another. 2013–14 Liga II
The 2013–14 Liga II was the 74th season of the Liga II, the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 7 September. The 25 teams were divided in two series (with 13, respectively 12 teams). The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The first six teams from each series played a play-off for promotion to Liga I. The teams placed 6th to 12th played in a Relegation play-out. The first two teams in each series promoted at the end of the season to Liga I, and the teams placed below the 10th place were relegated to Liga III.
