2010–11 Liga III
The 2010–11 Liga III season was the 55th season of the Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season started on August 27, 2010 and ended on June 3, 2011. The winners of each series promoted to the 2011–12 Liga II. The bottom three from each division relegated at the end of the season to the county football leagues (Liga IV). From the 13th placed teams, another three were relegated. To determine this teams, separate standings were computed, using only the games played against clubs ranked 1st through 12th. Liga III
The Liga 3, most often spelled as Liga III, is the third level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia C to Liga III before the start of the 2006–07 season. ACS Rapid CFR Suceava
Asociația Club Sportiv Foresta Suceava, commonly known as Foresta Suceava or simply as Foresta, is a professional football club from Romania, based in Suceava, Suceava County and founded in 1946 as Locomotiva Ițcani. Club Sportiv LPS HD Clinceni, commonly known as Clinceni and formerly known as ''Academica Clinceni'' is a Romanian amateur football club based in Clinceni, Ilfov County, currently playing in the Liga IV - Ilfov County. In the summer of 2022 former ''Academica Clinceni'' went bankrupt, but the club was refounded as LPS HD (Liceul cu Program Sportiv Helmuth Duckadam) Clinceni. Academica Clinceni was founded in Buftea in 2005, following a merger between two clubs, and enrolled directly in the third division. Club Sportiv Tunari, commonly known as CS Tunari, or simply as Tunari, is a Romanian football club based in Tunari, Ilfov County. Founded in 1980, the club situated near Bucharest, was re-branded as CS Tunari in 2004, reaching the Liga II in 2023, where it currently plays. Fotbal Club Voluntari (), commonly known as FC Voluntari or simply Voluntari, is a Romanian professional football club based in Voluntari, Ilfov County, which competes in the Liga I. ACS Berceni was a Romanian professional football club from Berceni, Romania, founded in 2008 and dissolved in 2016. In their last season, they played in the Liga II, in the 2016–17 season. Callatis Mangalia was a Romanian professional football club from Mangalia, Constanța County, founded in 1962 and dissolved in 2015. History The club was founded in 1962 under the name of ''Metalul Mangalia'' and until 1990 was financially sustained by the Mangalia Military Shipyard. Callatis promoted to the Liga II at the end of the 2010–11 season, after winning the Seria II of the Liga III. It managed to finish higher than its main rival Unirea Slobozia. The 2011–12 Liga IV was the 70th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association play against one from a neighboring county in a play-off match played on a neutral venue. The winners of the play-off matches promoted to Liga III.
