Shibu Soren
Shibu Soren ( Santali: ᱥᱤᱵᱩ ᱥᱚᱨᱮᱱ) (born 11 January 1944) is an Indian politician who thrice served as Chief Minister of Jharkhand, first in 2005 for 10 days (2 March to 12 March), then from 2008 to 2009 and again from 2009 to 2010. He was sworn in as the third Chief Minister of Jharkhand on 30 December 2009 after winning the Jharkhand Assembly elections. He resigned on 30 May 2010 after failing to obtain coalition support from the Bharatiya Janata Party, his national party partner. He previously represented the Dumka constituency of Jharkhand in the 14th Lok Sabha, and is the President of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) political party, a constituent of the UPA. Niral Enem Horo
Niral Enem Horo (1925–2008) was an Indian politician and a former member of the Lok Sabha. He represented Khunti in 4th and 5th Lok Sabha. He was associated with the Jharkhand Party and served as a minister in the government of Bihar. He was the losing candidate for Vice President of India in the 1974 election. Early life Horo was born on March 31, 1925, to Abraham Horo at Govindpur village, Ranchi district. He began his education at Zila School, Ranchi. He earned a B.A. from St. Columba's College, Hazaribagh and a B.L. from Chotanagpur Law College in Ranchi. He married Lilian Alice Horo on March 15, 1951. The couple had five sons. It was launched by the radical All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) on 30 Dec 1991, at a conference in Ranchi under the leadership of led by Dr. Ram Dayal Munda. AJSU was founded on 22 June 1986. Sudesh Mahto
Sudesh Mahto is an Indian politician who was the former Deputy Chief Minister of Jharkhand. He is the member of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from Silli. He won the first assembly election in 2000 when he was aged 25. On the formation of Jharkhand he was inducted as Road Constructions Minister. He took over as Deputy Chief Minister of Jharkhand state on 29 December 2009. In 2019, he became M.L.A. of Silli. Mahto represented the Silli Vidhan Sabha constituency in the legislative assembly of Jharkhand for three consecutive terms, being elected in 2000, 2005 and 2009.
