Cătălin Constantin Măruță (born 27 January 1978) is a Romanian television host. Career He currently presents the "''La Măruță''" show on Pro TV. Since June 2002, he has been the host of the "''Tonomatul DP2''" show on TVR 2. For a few months, at the end of 2005, he worked for Realitatea TV, where he presented another morning show called "''Trezeşte-te la realitate cu Cătălin Măruță''" ("Wake up to reality with Cătălin Măruță"). Alongside singer Luminița Anghel, he presented the Romanian National Eurovision Selection in 2006 and also hosted a post festival party where all the singers and producers were invited. He returned to hosting the Callatis Club show during the Callatis Festival in August 2006. Starting with 22 October 2007 he presents the TV-show "''Happy Hour''". Târgu Jiu
Târgu Jiu () is the capital of Gorj County in the Oltenia region of Romania. It is situated on the Southern Sub-Carpathians, on the banks of the river Jiu. Eight localities are administered by the city: Bârsești, Drăgoieni, Iezureni, Polata, Preajba Mare, Romanești, Slobozia and Ursați. Callatis Festival
Callatis Festival is the largest music and culture festival held in Romania. Location The festival is held on a barge that is docked at Mangalia Marina. The barge consists of a huge stage and a very large backstage area, enough to hold over 200 people. The spectators sit on stairs across the harbor, about away from the stage. History The Callatis Festival began in 1999 and has expanded ever since. Dates The Callatis Festival is held every summer between 8 and 15 August. Callatis Club is a post-festival show aired every year during the Callatis Festival on the Romanian TV channel TVR 2. Luminița Anghel (; born 7 October 1968) is a Romanians, Romanian singer, TV personality and politician. She is internationally known for representing Romania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2005, Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 along with percussion band Sistem.
