Cut, Alba
Cut (german: Kokt, Quellendorf; hu, Kútfalva) is a commune located in the southeastern part of Alba County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of a single village, Cut. The commune is situated on the Secașelor Plateau, about southeast of Sebeș and northwest of Miercurea Sibiului. Cut was first attested in 1291, under the name ''terra Kut.'' The commune has a railway station that serves the CFR Line 200. According to the census from 2011 there was a total population of 1,075 people living in this commune, of which 97.3% are ethnic Romanians and 1.58% are ethnic Romani. Sebeș (; German: ''Mühlbach''; Hungarian: ''Szászsebes''; Transylvanian Saxon dialect: ''Melnbach'') is a city in Alba County, central Romania, southern Transylvania. Geography The city lies in the Mureș River valley and straddles the river Sebeș. Miercurea Sibiului
Miercurea Sibiului (german: Reußmarkt; hu, Szerdahely) is a town in the west of Sibiu County, in southern Transylvania, central Romania, to the west of the county capital, Sibiu. Administration Miercurea Sibiului was declared a town in 2004 and it is one of the smallest and least urbanised ones in the country.
