Curicó Unido
Curicó Unido is a football club based in Curicó, Maule Region, Chile. They currently play in the Primera División, the first level of the Chilean football system. They are currently managed by Damián Muñoz. History Curicó Unido was founded on 26 February 1973, with ''Edmundo Rojas'' as the first President of the club. They became the fourth football team from the Curicó city to play at the professional level, after Alianza de Curicó, Luis Cruz Martínez and Bádminton de Curicó. ''Curicó Unido'' played since the season 1974 at the Primera B, but after seven poor seasons they gained relegation to the third level to the season 1981, returning to Primera B two years later, in 1983. 1984 and 1985 were the best seasons of ''Curicó Unido'' history, disputing the promotion until the last week, but with bad luck at the final matches. Estadio La Granja
The Estadio La Granja is a sports venue which is located in Curicó, Maule Region, Chile. The stadium holds 8,278 people and is part of a large sporting complex which also features tennis courts, swimming pools, a gymnasium, a velodrome and some other sport fields. It is the home stadium of Curicó Unido; and the former home ground of ''Alianza de Curicó'', Luis Cruz, and Badminton de Curicó. The stadium, currently owned by the Municipality of Curicó, originally has a capacity of 4,000. The first change; in 1985; was an increase of about 1,200, and another change was an increase to a capacity of 6,000, effected in 2004. An almost total reconstruction of the stadium was made in 2010, at that time only the west stands remains of the old stadium. Deportes Iberia
Deportes Iberia is a Chilean football club based in Los Ángeles that currently plays in Primera B (second-tier). The club hold its home games at Estadio Municipal de Los Ángeles which has a capacity of 5,000 spectators. In 1933, the club was officially established as Deportes Iberia, basing in Conchalí (Santiago). Then Iberia joined the Asociación de Fútbol de Santiago, but recently in 1946 the club joined Primera División, spending there eight years until the 1954 season when they, after finishing in the bottom of the table, were relegated to second-tier, being the first Chilean relegated team in its football history. The Copa Chile 1974 was the 6th edition of the Chilean Cup tournament. The competition started on April 6, 1974 and concluded on August 25, 1974. Deportes Linares is a Chilean Football club, their home town is Linares in Chile and play in the 3rd tier of Chilean football, the Segunda División. The Copa Chile (''Chile Cup'') is an annual cup competition for Chilean football teams. Due to time constraints and club pressure, the trophy was cancelled in 2000, but returned in 2008. Its precursor was the Campeonato de Apertura (''Opening Championship''), played from 1933 to 1950. The cup is now open to every member club of the Chilean football league system, from professional teams; ( Primera División, Primera B & Segunda División), down to teams from the ANFA: Tercera División.
