Cupar Arts Festival is a biennial arts festival that takes place in Cupar, Scotland for twelve days in October. Cupar
Cupar ( ; gd, Cùbar) is a town, former royal burgh and parish in Fife, Scotland. It lies between Dundee and Glenrothes.
