The Crystal Casino was the first permanent government-owned casino in the Western Hemisphere. Club Regent Casino is a casino located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is one of two casinos in the city—the other being the McPhillips Street Station Casino—both of which are owned and operated by the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corporation, and thus the Government of Manitoba.
