Crossroads Moment
''Crossroads Moment'' is the third album by American singer-songwriter Jimi Jamison released in Europe on July 11, 2008 for Frontiers Records. The album was produced by Jim Peterik, distributed in Germany by Soulfood Music and released in the United States in 2009. The big accomplish of the album is that was voted #3 album of the year in Europe. The sound of the album mixes Jamison's classic AOR voice with the Peterik sound established since his days in Survivor. There is one music video of the single "When Rock Was King" and two Europe and Japanese bonus tracks, "Alive" and "Streets of Heaven". Jimi Jamison
Jimmy Wayne Jamison (August 23, 1951 – September 1, 2014) was an American singer. Best known as Jimi Jamison, he earned recognition as the frontman for the rock bands Target, Cobra, and Survivor from 1984 to 1989, performing the songs " Burning Heart" from the film ''Rocky IV'', " The Moment of Truth" from ''The Karate Kid'', along with other top-20 Survivor hits "I Can't Hold Back", " High On You", "The Search Is Over" and "Is This Love". He officially rejoined Survivor in 2000, remaining in the group until 2006, only to rejoin again in 2011. Acclaimed for his vocal abilities, Jamison is also known for having co-written and performed the theme song "I'm Always Here" for the 1990s TV series ''Baywatch''. Jim Peterik
James Michael Peterik ( ; born November 11, 1950) is an American musician and songwriter. He is best known as the founder of the rock band Survivor, as vocalist and songwriter of "Vehicle" by the Ides of March, and as co-writer of the anthem "Eye of the Tiger", the theme from the 1982 film ''Rocky III''. Peterik has co-written songs for 38 Special (" Rockin' into the Night",, "Hold On Loosely and "Caught Up in You"), Lynyrd Skynyrd, Blackhawk, Cheap Trick, Sammy Hagar (" Heavy Metal"), Cathy Richardson, Dennis DeYoung, Van Zant, Brian Wilson, REO Speedwagon, and The Beach Boys. ''Empires'' is the second solo album from American rock singer-songwriter Jimi Jamison, released under the name Jimi Jamison's Survivor on October 17, 1999 for Scotti Brothers, was distributed in Germany by Soulfood Music and produced by Klay Shroedel. In 2003, after a battle in court over access to the name Survivor, this album would be re-released under his own name for Frontiers Records. Hammond B3 Organ
The Hammond organ is an electric organ invented by Laurens Hammond and John M. Hanert and first manufactured in 1935. Multiple models have been produced, most of which use sliding #Drawbars, drawbars to vary sounds. Joel Hoekstra
Joel Hoekstra (born December 13, 1970) is an American guitarist currently in the band Whitesnake. Hoekstra also tours as a guitarist for Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The son of classical musicians, he started out playing cello and piano at a young age, but it was hearing Angus Young of AC/DC that inspired him to start playing the guitar. Kelly Dean Keagy (born September 15, 1952) is an American drummer and co-lead vocalist, best known for his work with Night Ranger. Don Barnes
Richard Donald Barnes (born December 3, 1952) is an American rock vocalist and guitarist and one of the founding members of the Southern rock band 38 Special. Dave Bickler
David Bickler (born March 31, 1953) is an American singer, best known as the lead singer for the rock band Survivor from 1978 until 1983, most notably on the #1 U.S. hit "Eye of the Tiger". In addition to his wide vocal range, his trademark look included a beret. Bickler would go on to provide the vocals in advertisements, including Bud Light's " Real Men of Genius" TV and radio commercials. Mike Reno
Mike Reno (born Joseph Michael Rynoski; born January 8, 1955) is a Canadian musician, singer and the lead singer of the rock band Loverboy. He is reported to have taught himself how to play guitar. He fronted other bands, including Moxy, before helping form Loverboy. Reno also sang for the Canadian band Hammersmith in 1976.
