Courtney Gilmour
Courtney Gilmour is a Canadian stand-up comedian, whose performances centre on her experiences as a congenital triple amputee. She is most noted as the joint winner with D.J. Mausner of the annual Homegrown Comics competition for emerging Canadian comedians at the 2017 Just for Laughs festival. Sarnia
Sarnia is a city in Lambton County, Ontario, Canada. It had a 2021 population of 72,047, and is the largest city on Lake Huron. Sarnia is located on the eastern bank of the junction between the Upper and Lower Great Lakes where Lake Huron flows into the St. Clair River in the Southwestern Ontario region, which forms the Canada–United States border, directly across from Port Huron, Michigan. Canada's Got Talent (season 2)
The second season of '' Canada's Got Talent'', a reality television series, premiered on March 22, 2022 on Citytv. Unlike ''America's Got Talent'', the show only had the audition round, semi-finals and then the finale. The season was won by Jeanick Fournier, a singer from Saguenay, Quebec. Format Auditions The auditions took place in front of the judges and a live audience. At any time during the audition, the judges showed their disapproval of the act by pressing a buzzer, which lights a large red "X" on the stage. Jonathan David Dore (born November 2, 1975) is a Canadian comedian and actor currently based in Juneau, Alaska. Education Dore attended Brookfield High School and studied broadcasting at Algonquin College in Ottawa. Career Jon Dore was formerly a correspondent for CTV's ''Canadian Idol''. The Toronto Fringe Festival is an annual theatre festival, featuring un-juried plays by unknown or well-known artists, taking place in the theatres of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Several productions originally mounted at the Fringe have later been remounted for larger audiences, including the Tony Award-winning musical ''The Drowsy Chaperone''.
