Cosmo Wilson
Charles B. "Cosmo" Wilson (born February 18, 1961) is an American concert lighting designer and director for rock bands, active since 1986. He has worked with over 40 acts including AC/DC, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Foreigner, INXS, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Meat Loaf, Mötley Crüe, The Rolling Stones, Ronnie James Dio, David Lee Roth, Scorpions, and Rod Stewart. He was a touring road crew member from 1986 and toured with The Cure, Genesis, Barbara Mandrell, INXS, Crowded House, and various other acts before becoming a director and designer. He worked on the Rolling Stones " Steel Wheels" 1989 tour as lighting crew chief before moving up to lighting director in February 1990, where he spent the next 7 months touring Japan and Europe with both " Urban Jungle" and " Steel Wheels" shows. Scorpions (band)
Scorpions are a German hard rock band formed in Hanover in 1965 by guitarist Rudolf Schenker. The longest-running and most successful line-up of the band included Schenker, Klaus Meine (vocals), Matthias Jabs (lead guitar), Francis Buchholz (bass), and Herman Rarebell (drums), and lasted from 1978 to 1992. The Stiff Upper Lip World Tour was a concert tour by the Australian hard rock band AC/DC in support of their fourteenth studio album, '' Stiff Upper Lip'', which was released in 28 February 2000. This tour had 6 legs around the world lasting 11 months starting on 1 August 2000 in Grand Rapids, Michigan finishing on 8 July 2001 in Cologne, Germany. Background The tour began on 1 August 2000 at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, United States. The stage show featured a 40-foot bronze Angus statue with horns which was featured on the cover of the band's fourteenth studio album, ''Stiff Upper Lip''. The Ballbreaker World Tour was a concert tour played by the Australian hard rock band AC/DC, in support of their thirteenth studio album '' Ballbreaker'', which was released on 26 September 1995. The Razors Edge World Tour was a concert tour played by the hard rock band AC/DC, in support of their twelfth studio album '' The Razors Edge''. This tour had 5 legs around the world lasting 12 months starting on 2 November 1990 in Worcester, Massachusetts, finishing on 16 November 1991 in Auckland, New Zealand. The Rolling Stones' Steel Wheels Tour was a concert tour which was launched in North America in August 1989 to promote the band's album '' Steel Wheels''; it continued to Japan in February 1990, with ten shows at the Tokyo Dome. The European leg of the tour, which featured a different stage and logo, was called the Urban Jungle Tour; it ran from May to August 1990. Barbara Ann Mandrell (born December 25, 1948) is an American retired country music singer and musician. She is also credited as an actress and author. During the late 1970s and early 1980s, she was considered among country's most successful music artists. Genesis were an English rock music, rock band formed at Charterhouse School, in Godalming, Surrey, in 1967.
