Cosapilla River
The Cosapilla River is a river of Chile and Bolivia and is part of the boundary. It is also called Caquena and, in Bolivia, Cosapa (see map). From its source in the Parinacota Province, the river flows north, is part of the Chile-Bolivia boundary and then flows in the Bolivian Department of Oruro. The Caquena river has its source at the Payachata volcanic group, flows to north, it is part of the Chile-Bolivia boundary, and meets the Cosapilla and takes this name. Uchusuma River

Charaña
Charaña is a high elevation town in the altiplano of the La Paz Department in Bolivia. It is the seat of the Charaña Municipality, the fifth municipal section of the Pacajes Province. Parinacota Province ( es, Provincia de Parinacota) is one of two Provinces of Chile, provinces of the Chilean Regions of Chile, region of Arica y Parinacota Region, Arica y Parinacota. The Bolivia–Chile border is an international border of South America. It separates Bolivia from Chile along Cordillera Occidental on the western edge of the Altiplano Plateau. There is an ongoing dispute about the nature of Silala River and Chile's use of its waters. Since 2021 the Bolivia–Chile border has been a major point of entry of irregular Venezuelan migrants into Chile. Migrants are aided in the crossing by human smugglers.
