Kumasi Cornerstone is a Ghanaian professional football club based in Kumasi, Ashanti. They are currently competing in the Ghana Division Two League. Kumasi Cornerstone is the oldest existing club in Ashanti Kingdom. It was founded in 1931. The club went to relegation after 1994-95 Ghana Premier League season and has since not qualified to the Premier League again. Kumasi
Kumasi (historically spelled Comassie or Coomassie, usually spelled Kumase in Twi) is a city in the Ashanti Region, and is among the largest metropolitan areas in Ghana. Kumasi is located in a rain forest region near Lake Bosomtwe, and is the commercial, industrial, and cultural capital of the historical Ashanti Empire. Ashanti Region

WAFU Cup
The WAFU Nations Cup (also known as the WAFU Cup of Nations or simply the WAFU Cup) is an association football competition that is contested by representative teams of the West African Football Union. History A trophy was commissioned by President Gnassingbé Eyadéma of Togo in 1974 with a view to establishing a regional competition similar to the Africa Cup of Nations tournament. The maiden event was hosted in Abidjan and the hosts Ivory Coast won the tournament.
