Corliss P. Stone
Corliss P. Stone (1838–1906) was elected mayor of Seattle in 1872. Wallingford (also known as North Lake Union by Seattle OGs in the know) is a neighborhood in north central Seattle, lying on a hill above the north shore of Lake Union about four miles from the downtown core.
